• A legal wiz fluent in California employment law and current HR trends.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range: $76,794 - $92,165 annually

The Role:

In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our dedicated staff and ensuring a positive work environment. You'll be a trusted advisor, providing coaching and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including:

• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, managing performance, and handling terminations with compassion and expertise.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensuring adherence to Federal and State labor and employment laws for our agencies.
• Data Analysis & Action: Understanding HR needs through data analysis (surveys, turnover statistics, etc.) and recommending solutions.
• Policy & Process Development: Creating and revising HR policies, procedures, and documents to maintain compliance and best practices.
• Payroll & Records Management: Providing payroll audit functions and maintaining compliant personnel files.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of California employment law
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in HRIS system and Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive and professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable vehicle
